In general, reports that have (CR) in the name of the report are designed in Crystal Reports. Reports that do not have the (CR) in the name are designed in Sage 300 CRE Report Designer. This holds true for stock reports that come with the software, custom reports may or may not follow this standard.

That report looks like a stock report, so I would suggest trying to open it in the Report Designer Module. If you don't have Report Designer listed, contact your Sage CRE dealer to get a quote for the module if you want to make the changes yourself. Alternatively, you can contact a Sage Consultant to make any report modifications you need.
