How to set up state reciprocity?

We are trying to set up an employee that would have 2 state tax withholding.  We have set up the 2 states with proper exemptions and also set up the state reciprocity between the 2 states.  But when we go to do a payroll check, it is only withholding for one state.  Does anyone have this working in SAGE 300CRE.   We are on version 15.1.  Also, is there any documentation?  I have looked at KB and found nothing.  Thanks.

    Have you followed the instructions in the Help file? Go to Help > Contents > Set Up Taxes > Setting up tax reciprocity . .
    The Help file describes the specific steps to properly set it up, and near the bottom of the window is another link to "Example of Tax Reciprocity." Could it be that the nonresidence work state that is calculating exceeds the tax that would be due if the employee were working in his/her home state? If that were the case, then there would be no tax due to the home state.
