Can I pull "Location Comments" from the General Tab within Work Order Properties in Service Management to the "Statement of Account" report that generates in Accounts Receivable?

Currently it pull the description from the first item listed in the register. However, we usually have multiple items listed in the register. That isn't always the best description for us to use on the statements for some invoices. I've made some small change to the statement in Report Designer. Was wondering if anyone had suggestions for pulling in a better description. The way we use the system, something like the "Location Comments" field would be perfect.

    Hi DSM Eddy,

    SM data can be pulled into AR but it MUST be on a Crystal Report.  Reports designer-based reports cannot use SM (or PO or IV) data.  I would start with the report AR > Reports > Statements > Statement of Account (CR).  This report can be customized to pull data from SM.

    I would caution you about pulling the correct information as you may have more than one work order on an invoice.  So, the report design will be more complex if you need to pull the location comments from each work order onto the statement.
