I am trying to import invoices using AP module. but every single time AP rejects my invoices.

I use CSV excel file to import this. I don't write anything on the tax group field so i have no clue why this isn't working.

please help me.

It would be best for you to call support for help with this so a support analyst can take a look at the overall setup and the spreadsheet you are using to create the import text file in order to determine what field AP is reading in the import file that is causing the error.

Usually I find that means you have a value in a field that the import thinks should be something else - the tax field in your case. Possible that your GL code (field 11) is expecting a tax group so you must have an error in your import format.

Have you printed the "Import Format" and compared it to your import file? Go to Tools > Import Invoices and at the bottom of the window you will see a button "Import Format". Click that button. The resulting page that prints will contain the exact data fields and then length of each. I suspect your CSV import file is missing a comma and is reading your GL account number as the Tax field rather than reading a blank field as I believe your explanation indicates.
