Will Aatrix print the entire 1094-C form on blank paper?

I recently ordered the blank W-2 and 1095-C forms with instructions on the back. I know the federal W-2 copies and W-3 print on blank paper. Will the 1094-C also print on blank paper? Or do I need to order a 1094-C form?

Per kb article 70131 Forms 1094-B, 1094-C, 1095-B and 1095-C can now be ordered from Sage Construction and Real Estate Forms. The link is in the kb for future reference - www.sagecreforms.biz/.../affordablecareactforms_sage.aspx Then select the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Software.

I called Sage CRE Forms. Was told that the 1094-C is printed on blank paper which is why I didn't receive any in my tax packet. Let me know if this is incorrect.

The forms packet does come with a blank perforated page for the 1094-C when ordered in the bundle. You can buy the pre-printed form individually as well per the forms website.
