Importing new employee records

Does anyone know how to import new employee records?  We started using a payroll service provider and would like to be able to generate a file that we can import into Timberline.  I don’t think the developers have created a work flow for this but is there a workaround that anyone can suggest?

We use an ODBC connection in Microsoft Access.  We import a .csv file that we exported from our timekeeping system into a table in access and then run update (for existing employees with new information) and append queries (for new employees) to move the information into the appropriate Sage 300 CRE table.  If you have a Sage consultant or an MS Access wiz they should be able to help you accomplish this.  You may not be able to import all the fields you want as not all fields are update-able via ODBC.  We are on version:  Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate v13.1 TS-Main Version: 13.1.24 (13.1.0 Rev 4 Acc Update 9)
