there are some custom reports in the Sage Knowledgebase that you can download if you have a valid suport plan. The KB article is 19526.
These reports are also supplied with the installation of versions 9.7 and later, and can be found in the default report folder on the file server. This is located in C:\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\Report and each one is named "Security " and then the function of the report. They are not located in any report menus by default, but can be added using Report Manager.
I tried those reports but for some reason they don't work. Since they are canned reports I will have to call report and see why they aren't working. Maybe they need updated.
When you say that they aren't working, can you clarify specifically what you mean by that? Are you getting an error of some kind? Are they not displaying the expected information? Not showing up in the menu? Etc...
These are Crystal report designs, so be sure that they are configured correctly in Report Manager.
As soon as I read "be sure they are configured correctly in RM" I knew I was the problem not the report. Set them as crystal reports and they work. Thanks
