13.1 Acct update 9

Initiating the 13.1 Acct update 9 from the server throws an error "you must have Sage Timberline Office 13.1.0 Accounting installed before you can apply this update" We have v13.1 TS-Main vs 13.1.24 (13.1.0 rev 6) installed. After this error, opening TS Main on the server initiates a System Verification, then calls an install routine that will not complete with out the original install bits, ie. "Timberline Accounting Server.msi" (which we have long deleted and is impossible to find to download on the "download portal") Cancelling the repeated "Please wait while Windows configures Sage 300 CRE Server" windows seems to do nothing. All clients are functioning without incident..........what the heck is happening????
