Revenue by State, County and City

Do you know how to link a Sage 300 CRE report with a Microsoft Access table that indexes states and cities to counties? I have a need to print revenue by State, County and City. Because I can’t find where Sage 300 CRE has a table that indexes states and cities to counties, I use Microsoft Access to report Revenue by State, County and City using Sage 300 CRE records from BL – Invoice, BL – Item and JC – Job along with the Microsoft Access Table I created named “Cities, Counties and State”.

    With the information you listed it sounds like you should be able to pull the revenue by the state, county, and city it is just a matter of setting up the appropriate query. I would recommend contacting your consultant to assist you with building your custom Access links.  They are one of the best resources for creating custom reports.
