Playing around with some things, I have figured out the answer on my own. Items that are closed during a particular meeting will show up until the next meeting and then those items "fall off."

I am glad you were able to figure out your quesiton on your own. Our forms are product specific and we have several products listed. In the future please try to refrain from responding to someones post with foul language or your post can be removed. While their answer was short and not specific we don't want anyone being attacked for responding.
