Is there a method to backup all of the documents in the docuvault to pdf without having to query?

Thanks, What is the best method to make sure I capture every document within a query? Some documents were batched to the docuvault incorrectly and therefore cannot be queried by the correct criteria. I guess I'm looking for something to validate that I can view and or see every document in the docuvault.
