Subcontractor evaluation

We are looking for a better way of doing subcontractor/material supplier performance evaluations at the end of the job.  

I know Sage has a report that prints out each vendor (one vendor per page so its quite a large report) and then someone circles a score in various categories.  But we want both the project manager and superintendent to be able to score each vendor and that would be a lot of hand calculations to get a combined score.

I have created an office connector report that pulls all the committed vendors from Sage for that particular job into an excel file.  The PM scores on one tab, the supt scores on different tab and I have a summary tab that combines and gives a final score for each category each vendor.  But now management wants to be able to compare vendor scores across various jobs.  Other than manually entering scores into a separate spreadsheet, I'm not sure how to accomplish this request.

How does everyone else track subcontractor performance evaluations?  Suggestions?
