AP Module and Esetnod32

SUGGESTED

Hello out there.

I'm attempting to find some lasting and quality advice on my situation at the office.

We are running Timberline 9.8 on a local server.  We have several workstations running Esetnod32 on them to which no applications had an issue until we upgraded to 9.8.  What happens to users after clicking on the AP module is a "blue screen of death" and the workstation reboots.

When I disable the A/V the module doesn't not crash and the user continues to work without incident.

Here is the link that I used to solve this issue:

I'm running Vista, Business on a majority of the workstations and I have followed the suggestions on the applicable section of the document.

End result; no change while the A/V is activated.

So does anyone out there have a solution if you use ESETNOD32 or have you found another A/V that no longer gives you problems?

Thank you,

Brad Hewitt
