Getting a TS Error during print preview

Question

It's only happening to one of our accountants, when she goes to do a 'print preview' in any of the modules mostly she gets a 'Accounts Receivable - This program has quit. - Invalid windows columns [TS 6214]' 
 
 Any idea what is going on with her program? Thanks so much in advance!

There is a corrupted registry entry in HKCU\Software\Timberline. 
 Resolution 
 Close all Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate applications including the Sage Desktop. 
 Click Start and type Regedit on the Search or Run line. 
 Navigate to the HKCU\Software\Timberline key. 
 Right-click and choose Rename. 
 Give the key a different name such as Timberline.old. 
 Close the Registry Editor window.
