Tenants in Property Management

A department of our company has moved to another location and will be taking over the property management for one of the properties. Therefore, I no longer have to generate and collect rent for this property. How do I get this property off of the automatic generate rent roll?

Hi Renee!

Thanks for your post!

Will you be terminating the lease for this property? If so that should remove it from your automatic generate rent roll (Article 28008) Otherwise, you could also the recurring charge for the Lease on the recurring charges tab. (Article 28662)
