Set up a Spreadsheet layout (edit>spreadsheet layouts) that only shows the columns that you want to print. Save the Spreadsheet Layout by giving it a name (box in the upper left corner of the layout window). Then use a Spreadsheet Report (reports>spreadsheet) to print that layout.

Making Spreadsheet Layouts is about the best/easiest way to 'customize' what gets printed (other than paying a consultant to make a custom Crystal report for you).
