Using Sage Estimating Tools

After I upgraded from 9.7 to 13.1 for Sage on the Server (the one with the dongle), Everything worked fine with opening the software and estimates on each workstation, but I was having to upgrade each estimate as I went for testing, this would be an annoyance for my client.  I was advised to run the Estimating Tools File Upgrade Batch Program to upgrade the entire DB without having to do the one at a time method.  When it was doing the preprocessing phase, it was saying a lot of files were corrupt, which I know is not true.  The Upgrade process is still in progress and looks like its doing well, my question is are the .pee files it stated were corrupt not going to open any more?

    David,

It's hard to say if the estimate files (*.pee) files are truely corrupt.  I would suggest you try to open the estimate and see the program allows access.  Please double check the paths, as it is possible to have duplicates or finding estimates in the PEBackup directory.

If you do encounter corrupt estimates, run the Rebuild File from Estimating Tools and hopefully it can be repaired.
