upgrading to newest sage estimating

We are currently on Precision Estimmating 9.8 rev3. We are going to upgrade to the latest Sage Estimating for sage 300. What are the functionality adds and deducts for this move?

    A great resource for information on the latest release of Sage Estimating can be found by logging into the Customer Portal and reviewing knowledgebase article KB1310, "Sage Timberline Office 13.1 Release". There you will find technical documentation including release notes as well as download links for the software.
