HR management software products that integrate with Sage 100 Contractor?

Can anyone suggest (or are there?) any third party HR management software or cloud products that will integrate with Sage 100 Contractor?

    I don't know any third party developer that has stepped up with an integration into Sage 100 Contractor. I find often that once people define what they want "HR Management Software" to do, we can show them how you can accomplish much if not all of it with the existing functionality and a little imagination. Don't overlook menu 5-3-9 HR Forms, customization opportunities in the Employee Licenses and Employee Training tables, and use of scheduled reports and alerts.

    Went to go have a look at 5-3-9 as I didn't recognize what you mentioned there, I see that we don't have that in our S100 for some reason (we're running the Canadian version 19.7.52)

    What I'm looking for is a better way for vacation tracking, onboarding/offboarding document control, employee performance tracking and perhaps an employee portal. There are cloud products like BambooHR which tick the boxes but it would be really nice to have something that integrates/syncs with S100 to avoid having to do duplicate entries.

    Guess what I'm looking for is something like what Sage Service Operations provides us with when dealing with work orders and how it seamlessly syncs together. Just looking to see what if anything is available on the HR side...

    Is there anywhere online I can go to find a list of third party applications that work with S100??

    Walt is absolutely correct. Check out the 5-3-9 HR Forms menu. This menu option has a comprehensive package of customizable forms for employee and payroll management. Virtually any form you need to provide documentation for every aspect of employee relations and payroll management, including a sample employee handbook. All forms are customizable and you are able to put them into packages such as "new hire" or "termination." You are also able to set up alerts to run new hire, probation end, and termination form packets for you.

    Other federal (I-9) or state forms may be found in 5-4 Federal and State Tax Filing menu.

    Would you know if the Canadian version of S100 has the 5-3-9 Forms module or is that a separate add-on module (like estimating..)?

    It is not in the Canadian Edition, unfortunately! But, is definitely an enhancement request that has already been entered as part of our integration with Aatrix.
