Hi Sandy - I can have someone from Sage contact you about Sage Service Operations; this may be a solution for you.

Thank you. We currently use Integrated Field Solutions (IFS) which was recommended by Sage. We are very unhappy with the forms this program provides. If you know of another company that is integrated with Sage, that would be great.

    Sandy,

Have you talked with your IFS Implementation Team or a Sage Service Operations Certified Consultant about making their forms meet your needs? One of the selling points of IFS (and now Sage Service Operations) was their ability to make forms and checklists that can be customized to a user's needs. Like most reports within Sage 100 Contractor, the generic reports can be rather disappointing until they are customized by a skilled consultant.

I think that IFS/SSO is the "best of breed" option out there. You just need to insist that they make it meet your needs. The consultant time won't be free, but its a worthwhile investment.

No it certainly is not free. The quote was $15,000! We can buy new accounting software with forms for that amount. If you know of any other service tool software integrated with Sage, please let me know. Thanks.

You should talk with About Time Technologies and see if they've got a mobile solution that will meet your needs. http://www.abouttimetech.com/

A while back HH2 was trying to offer an integrated mobile service solution for Sage 100 Contractor, but I think they may have dropped out of the Sage 100 Contractor marketplace.

To back up a little bit, except for the mobility issues, are you satisfied with your current implementation of Service Receivables in Sage 100 Contractor? Its often best to be sure you can do what you want with a paper based system first and then take it mobile.
