Form designs don't end in rpf.
The file extensions after the period tell the program what menu to use the form.
Custom reports do end in rpf but must follow the menu number for the first 6 digits of the 8 digits that are required for the file name to the left of the period.

Have you backed up your data lately and indexed the files at 7-4?
Also Vista versions of Windows. aren't very reliable.

We're running Windows 7.

To make a backup get everyone out of Sage 100C, use windows copy/paste feature to copy the company data folder to a separate folder called Sage backups, and create a subfolder with the date.
Then log in as supervisor, with exclusive access, go to menu 7-4, and hit run or start.
