Now that Year End is slowing down its time to double check a few things.
- If you are not on V19.5.34 you are not on the latest update. This update includes payroll updates for 2015 as well as program fixes.
- To check the version you are on: While logged into a company, Select Customer Resources, Select About Sage 100 Contractor
- If you are not on the latest version: Log onto the Sage Customer portal to search the knowledgebase for ID31091 “Download Sage 100 Contractor 2014 version 19.5 January tax and software update” to download and install the latest version.
- Once you apply the Update make sure to go in and update the Social Security Maximum, as well as any rate or maximum changes that are state specific for the new year: Log onto the Sage Customer portal to search the knowledgebase for ID21483 “How do I update the Payroll Calculation Rate and Maximum?”
