Communicating with license server

Has anyone had trouble with their network setup?  For some unknown reason, our client PCs can no longer communicate with the license server and we can't get any response from Sage IT support.  We have tried everything we can in order to reestablish contact but no luck.  We are able to communicate with the server from other programs including our current bookkeeping software.  Just starting to learn to use Sage 100 contractor so this is very discouraging!  Thanks for any help and suggestions out there!
