Equipment Use and T&M Billing on 6-3

We're using Sage 100 version 19.2.

When doing T&M billing with equipment costs, we generally have entries in 6-3 that do not have Equipment Unit and Billing Quantity populated on the T&M billing tab, requiring manual entry of data.  The equipment rate table is set up by equipment type (ie. type 10 = Vehicles; 20 = Skytrak, etc.).  Equipment usage is tracked through daily payroll (5-1).  What needs to be done to auto-populate the T&M Billing tab on 6-3?  Some screenshots are attached to clarify.  Thank you.
