Hello Forum,

I have been a user since the Master Builder days, rarely have issues, so first time poster. 

I am using Sage 100 and have been filing my tax reports with Aatrix for years without any problems. For some reason, while trying to file my quarterlies, I am now unable to get past the required update screen to file my reports. An error occurs: "Error retrieving vendor updates document from the update site". I manually updated the reports without problem, but it still asks for an automatic update.   I have double checked my firewall software settings and other suggestions from the tech support page.  I turned off the antivirus and firewall (ZoneAlarm) and it still returned the error message.  At this point, I am unable to file my quarterlies. 

I am running Sage 100 19.4.50.0 and US payroll tax file release 2014.4. on windows 8.1 stand alone.

Aatrix has left me twisting in the wind and finally ended up blaming Sage.  Has anybody else had this problem or know a solution? Is there an alternative to Aatrix within Sage?
