Not Receiving software notices in your inbox?

If you are not receiving our software notices please ensure the following is correct.

Possible cause:

  • Scenario 1: You must be listed as the Primary Contact on your account to receive the software notices.
  • Scenario 2: Your email server is not set to allow messages from the email in which we are sending the notices from.

Solution:

  • Scenario 1: Contact Customer Support to ensure the correct contact is listed as the Primary Contact.
  • Scenario 2: If you have a SPAM software that filters out emails or mail server IP address you will need to change the Mail server to allow receipt of messages from our e-mail and mail server IP address (called Whitelisting).
