    Robey,

This is something that you would need to call into support for assistance with. The number is 1-800-866-8049.

    Thank you,

I tried to call Monday and Wednesday continuously. Everytime told that all representatives were busy and directed to try live chat or this site. I waited in queue for 6 hours online with no response and was told I was next to be helped.

    Robey,

Just an FYI on that error.  It sounds like you are doing the close across the network based on your M drive.  We have found there is usually some program on the server that is accessing a file you are trying to reindex or close which throws the error.  Any time you need to close or archive, you should try to copy the file locally and do it there.  Then copy the files back to the server.
