Fatal Error Message 1603

After download 19.2, it will not install to our server. I keep getting error message '1603 fatal error'

    That error message has a kb article # ID:24083 with teh steps to resolve. you can log into the customer portal by following these instructions:

    • Go to support.na.sage.com then click on [Login] on the right hand side.

    • Log in with your registered customer portal (this login will be linked to your customer account information to verify your active support plan)

    • Once logged in, select your "Sage 100 Contractor" product on the left hand pane.

    Thanks it has installed, but now in the Licensing Admin, after entering our correct user info and company name, it says our information is incorrect.

    The license Admin is very specific about your company information including punctuation.  It has to be entered exactly like when your company was originally registered  in order for it to be recognized by Sage's server.
