Check your taskbar to see if there are any Aatrix windows. Sometimes if you are multi-tasking and click away when the forms are loading, they will move to the back. I've tested in v19 and v20 and the B and C forms are loading properly. If you use multiple screens sometimes they get stuck behind other windows. If none these suggestions help, please call into Support at 800-866-8049 or from the Home & Resources Activity tab > Sage Support > Live Chat to discuss with one of our Customer Support Analyst.

Yes there usually is an Aatrix process going along with the form loading but I can't seem to find them. I am working on a single screen system.

Do you know if there is a way from the taskbar to "bring to front" or something like that?
