    Hello mbfree,

Thankfully, once everything is setup correctly, Certified Payroll is quite simple. I used to do it by hand. Now it takes 5 minutes.

What you're looking for, is 5-1-11 Certified Payroll Report. Then you just enter the week ending date, select the job, and then you can make changes such as certified payroll numbers, address changes, and the date of the payroll on page 2.

This uses data from the regular payroll which obviously needs to be run first, with a "Yes" in the Certified box to the right of the job. Also, keep in mind that you need to create paygroups for certified payroll, because that is how you get the classification (Carpenter, Taper, et cetera) to show up on the report.

If you need to make a payrgroup, this can be done in 5-3-4. You will need to add the fringe under "benefits."

If you already ran the payroll without paygroups, it can be fixed, it's just going to be a pain. Let me know where you are at in this process.
