Sage 100 Contractor 2016 SQL issue with the Enter key skipping multiple cells when posting time sheets and invoices.

Sage 100 Contractor 2016 SQL issue with the Enter key skipping multiple cells when posting time sheets and invoices. How do we fix this issue? Ever since we upgraded to the Sage 100 Contractor SQL, we have an issue where when we post time sheets and invoices and we press the enter key to go to the next cell, sometimes, not all the times, but sometimes, the enter key will skip cells.  sometimes it’s one cell, sometimes it's two or three cells.  it doesn't happen all the time.
