Charge Equipment use to Jobs

Hi, we use Sage 100 Construction Canadian Version 19.5.

We are still in the setting up stage and have done a number of tests.  We currently use Sage 50 Quantum.

Under the equipment module we have entered a Cost Rates, Billing Rates, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly for a specific piece of equipment that we want to charge to the job.

The use of the equipment was recorded in the Daily Field Report and imported into the Daily Payroll 5-5-1.  On the line for the equipment there is no $ charge showing under the Cost Unit - it is greyed out and the Operated, Standby and Idle cells are white, but will not allow any entries.

Once posted, there is no charge in the job costing.

I have asked our training partner as was told to contact you as she is unavailable for a few days.

Can anyone help me determine what step we are missing.
