Sounds like you would need to create a Querie in the 3-5 Job window to add the fields that you are wanting to show by Job.

Thank you for your response.  I did copy and edit a Querie as you suggested, the only problem I don't have the option to add vendor name, just vendor type.   I am basically looking for a Project List that will include everyone involved and associated with the job including Vendors/Subcontractors we have paid.  Any suggestions?

Laurie,

This would require a report from another screen.  The fields are related by what they see; for instance, there is nothing on the job that mentions the vendor, only the AP invoices or subcontracts.  You could start there, but since they may need see the other fields you need, you might need to have a custom report created that has a calculation to pull in the missing information.
