Is it possible to post a $0.00 service order invoice so that the parts are taken out of inventory? I checked the Knowledgebase and got this answer pasted below, but am unable to duplicate it... I don't see where to change the billable amount to 0? If I just change the Price to 0 and recalculate, then it won't let me Post - only save as Paid. And then nothing comes out of inventory...
Any help would be appreciated!
