Sage 100 - IDIQ Government Contract with a Coefficient for profit and overhead

We are a Sage 100 user.  We are starting our first IDIQ contract with a coefficient for profit and overhead.  Does anyone have experience in such contracts? I am new to this type of contract and therefore may not clearly state my question.

I was thinking of setting up each task order under a separate job phase.  But the problem we are unsure of is how to handle the indirect costs that are included in the coefficient.  We would like to see how others have handled the allocation of these costs to the individual task orders. 

Another issue is progress payment.  Do you treat the progress payment for each task order as a lump sum for the entire task order (direct costs and coefficient costs) or do you allocate the progress payment between these two groups?
