Hi there jamesrshoemaker!
Were you referring to a specific thread that you found to be offensive and harsh language was used by the poster? Or are you inquiring as to the guidelines for posting in the group and how we manage that?
Thanks!
I'm referring to a Thread where the OP asked a question and Support chimed in with their usual "you'll need to contact a Business Partner or Consultant."
I pointed out that Support claims only Consultants have the tools to do certain things and asked where I could obtain those tools.
The entire Thread has been removed.
What's up with that?
~j
Hi James,
I'm the Community Manager for Sage City. Posts that are critical of Sage are not deleted. We do delete posts, however, that do not meet our Community Guidelines, which can be viewed here: sagecity.na.sage.com/.../communityguidelines.aspx
I have reviewed our recently deleted posts and do not see the thread mentioned above. Do you happen to have a screenshot of this so I can look into it further.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Derek
Hello,
The entire thread has been deleted, not just one post.
Unfortunately I do not have any screenshots.
It would have been deleted in July or early August.
Thank you,
~j
Hi James,
We do not as a matter of course delete posts that are critical of Sage, unless they violate our guidelines. If this thread was deleted in error, I do apologize for that. I do see that you are an active member of the Sage City community and I want to thank you for your participation and past support.
Thanks,
Derek
