Logged on to the computer this morning and was greeted with a message that I needed to check available updates.
Sage Advisor Update claims our Business Care Status has expired. It shows the Status as "Expired" and the Expired Date as "Expired"
The link to "Sage Business Care Plan" http://na.sage.com/sage-na/support-and-training/customer-support-programs gets redirected to: http://na.sage.com/us/support a generic replacement, and the link to "Submit Enhancement Request" ends up at: https://www16.v1ideas.com/SageAdvisor/SageAdvisorUpdate 404 not found.

Version 19.2.221
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Thank you for the update., We are aware of this issue, you can download the latest update by searching for article ID #37289 in our customer portal: support.na.sage.com

Now my Business Care Status and Expiration Date show as "Not Applicable."

Is this normal?

Yes, as long as you were able install the update you are good to go.
