Thank you for the reply.  I read the article that you mentioned and tried rebuilding the indexes as it suggested but it did not work.  Do you have any other suggestions?

the article number that Greig suggested does not mention rebuilding indexes. Make sure you are looking at the correct article # 22654. If you need further assistance on this please call into phone support at 1-800-866-8049.

A search for Article #22654 brings up nothing.  Maybe a direct link to the article will help.

Here are the results of the search.  

I also tried searching by ID, Article, etc.  No results.

I am having troubles finding the article.  Please tell me what I am doing wrong or just post a link to the article.  

You have to be logged into the customer portal. and select your product as Sage 100.

I don't get any results when I search for KB # 22654 either.

And no, you can't have my login credentials.

A search of the KB for "This company database cannot be updated because the Fiscal Year End Date is missing or invalid." returned these articles:
