Report 6-1-7-21

I am having a problem with the Over/Under billing report 6-1-7-21. The option to enter the time period is grayed out and I can't figure out why.

EDIT: I should have rebooted first but I did not. A reboot of the server computer seems to have fixed it. Mods, can you remove this post?

Brian,

This report is set up to run for a single period selection so when I look at my criteria for the report, the Equal is grayed out but I can choose my period still using the drop down.

Is this what you see?
