I'm having trouble finding the knowledge base articles kb283, bk269 & kb1900.

With the new Knowledgebase, the article numbers have changed. Search for these article ID numbers in the Knowledgbase to find the articles you are looking for regarding custom reports and logos:
20960, 17436, 20325, 27553, 22391
Thanks. When I log in to customer portal and click on knowledgebase it opens sage support screen and
I'm not logged in. When I plug in the 20960 # it takes me to the Version 19 release notes which this article is not in. Unless I'm doing something wrong. I'm reading the reports & forms info from the release notes. Is there more?
I have tried to do chat but once I put in my info and question, I get a blank screen.

You have to log into the customer portal in order to view the articles. As far as Live Chat. What version of Internet Explorer are you using? Currently IE 11 is not supported.

Brandi - Thanks for helping. I finally talked to Shawna who emailed me the article. She had trouble with the live chat also but I think we got it straightened out.
