Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: Announcing version 16.1

Software notice 17-A was sent today to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate customers and announces the release of version 16.1.

What's new in version 16.1
• Modernized Desktop, with easy access to application tasks, reports, inquiries, web pages, favorites, and integrated Sage applications.
• Latest version of the Simba ODBC driver, which results in many reports running faster. 
• Support for the latest operating systems, including Windows 10. 
• New method to use daily time entries to calculate monthly hours for compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Also, covered individual information is carried over to the next year and new coverage codes added. (US Payroll only) 
• New PR Wage Statement Supplement report for compliance with federal certified job requirements and Oregon paycheck reporting requirements for 2017. (US Payroll only)
• Property Management 1099-INT form is now using the correct tenant name. The 1098 forms for 2016 print with two copies per page. (US only)

IMPORTANT: Remember to back up your data and program files before upgrading to version 16.1 Rev 5.
