Sage 100 Contractor: Announcing year-end updates

Software notice 16-O was sent today and announces the year - end updates for Sage 100 Contractor.

Version 19.8, for customers using version 19.7 and earlier
Version 20.4, for customers using Sage 100 Contractor 2016 
Important!
Do not install this update until you have computed and posted all payrolls with check dates in 2016.
If you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 100 Contractor, check with your software vendors before upgrading to ensure their products are fully compatible with this release.
Changes to U.S. filing deadlines
Because some U.S. filing deadlines have changed, you must submit your 2016 forms earlier than last year. For a list of filing dates, see Employee Tax Due Dates on the IRS website.
If you eFile through Aatrix, you must submit your electronic file to Aatrix before the IRS due dates to ensure they are processed in time. See 2016 eFile due Dates on the Aatrix website for filing deadlines.
New Live Chat button
For both editions and versions in this release, a new Live Chat button on the home window provides quick access to Customer Support.
What's new in version 19.8
Canadian Edition
Canadian Payroll tax table changes, effective January 1, 2017.
Provincial tax changes, effective January 1, 2017.
U.S. Edition
Federal tax table changes and several state tax table changes, effective January 1, 2017.
Two new Offer of Coverage codes for Form 1095-C for the 2017 reporting year.
New pay statement reports that that meet 2017 requirements for Oregon.

What's new in version 20.4
Important! If you are migrating from version 19.7 and have not yet migrated your data, we urge you to delay "going live" with v20.4 until February 2017, when your consultant and Customer Support are better able to help you should you need assistance implementing v20.4
Both Editions
A new tool in Database Administration enables you to copy a user's private custom reports and private report forms to another user.
You can install the software on a domain controller.
We have fixed a large number of software issues, which are described in the Release Notes.
Canadian Edition
Canadian Payroll tax table changes and provincial tax changes, effective January 1, 2017.
Added new Subtotal, Holdback, and Sales Tax columns to the Invoices grid in the 3-5 Jobs window.
Fixed an issue with holdback invoices entered for Quebec.
U.S. Edition
