sage businessworks v2011 "error opening Company.db"

getting subject error after updating the latest files for enhanced payroll and 1099 reporting. anyone encounter same problem when attempting to generate end of year reports/forms? any help appreciated!

Thank you, Lorelei, for your suggestion. I was working on a Windows 2000 machine without success. When I changed to an XP machine, the AAtrix forms worked. I checked with Sage who informed me that the "enhanced reporting" does not currently work with the W2000 system, but they are striving for a solution. Have a great new year! Martin
