Sage BusinessWorks is not supported in a cloud configuration however we do have customers running in this environment. Please see article 35503 in Sage Knowledgebase. There are Sage Business Partners that host Sage BusinessWorks in the cloud. Please email [email protected] and reference article 35503 and we will send you the list.

If you are running in a Cloud environment, the Client Server edition of Sage BusinessWorks is required.

Since the program will likely be connected to via Remote Desktop it has the same requirements of a Terminal Server install and that requires the Client Server Edition.

Sage support cannot troubleshoot any issues, such as network connectivity or program functionally, that cannot be duplicated in a supported environment.
