BW load

I've a single users who is having trouble getting BW 2017 sp2 to load quickly. It takes over 15 minutes. I've checked his NIC, ethernet, switch, etc. I've even un-installed BW and re-installed. I've created a new Windows User profile. And still it takes for ever for BW to load. All of his other applications appear to be functioning normally. Any ideas?

    Antivirus ?  its it scanning the network share ?

    It appears you may be having another program that is interfering when trying to launch Sage BusinessWorks. There are articles in our Knowledge Base I would have you review.  #67273 Program is not responding when launching; # 26377 Program will not launch or appears to be frozen; #37436 Program locks up or freezes when launching tasks.  In addition to the articles above, I would have you review when did this start for you and what has changed...any updates to Windows or Virus scanner, etc...  If you continue to have issues after reviewing the articles above, then I would suggest calling support at 800-447-5700 for additional troubleshooting.
