Minimum, maximum and EOQ quantities are not available for non inventory parts. If you are looking up an inventory item, when selecting Quantities... button click on How Do I... You can then open each field for more information. If you need additional assistance, we recommend contacting Sage Customer Support at 800-447-5700, option 3.

thanx, looks like I will have to give them a call.  I am dealing with inventory items and the boxes are greyed out for no editing.  Any how do I, states to click on quantities and edit and save however, can not do that to a greyed out box.  Used Enterprise versions of Sage for years, first time on a light version.

One thing to note is that you cannot edit unit cost field unless you are using Standard Costing Method or unless there are zero on hand quantities. Also you cannot edit the on hand quantities field in Maintain Parts.

Pricing and on hand is good.....what I need to do is set the Min, Max, and EOQ so that the suggested purchase order report will populate using the data I input.  Right now, their is incorrect information in these fields and can not find where we need to go to edit them to the correct information.
