printing & emailing issues

Yesterday I had problems printing. Deleted the bwprinter.dat file (as per the knowledgebase 26319).

Now I cannot email forms. I get a error: "An error has occurred while attempting to send the messages to MAPI (Failure)".

The knowledgebase for this (32052) gives instructions but I am still getting the error. Any suggestions?

    Hi pp2,

    If you upgraded to Windows 10, please see article 88027 "An error has occurred while attempting to send the messages to MAPI (Not Supported) . Also see article 30735 "How to resolve e-mail issues on reports and forms". If that doesn't resolve the issue you will need to contact Customer Support - 800-447-5700 - and open a support case. Alternatively you can open an online support case, article 87270 for further assistance.
