Error message not on Sage Knowledgebase

Can't find the exact error message on Sage knowledgebase for an error message my client is getting:  An internal module cannot be found on the file system...(insert path to BWProg)\Tasks\Task5007.exe. 

Do I need to reinstall BusinessWorks to get the task?  Or restore system files?

    Vicky- It appears the task is missing. For that you want to reinstall the program and the most current service pack. See article #72115 Error: "Internal Module cannot be found" . There is also article #26032 Error: "Failure of RptInit function. An internal module can not be found on the file system" with a similar error. If just reinstalling the program does not resolve, I would have you then uninstall BusinessWorks and reinstall the program and service packs. Article #26032 walks you through those steps.
