PJ- I am sorry you are having issues with the report designs in our current version. Although the reports have changed and take a little bit of getting used to, there are benefits to them too - like the ability to drill down on some fields as well as the ability to customize. To help you adjust to these features, there are several video tutorials on line to assist you to become more familiar with their design an ability to customize. A few I would recommend for you are:

1. Visit the https://support.na.sage.com
2. In the search bar type Video and then Search
3. Select Sage BusinessWorks on the left side of your screen under the ‘My Products’ section
4. The results will be a full listing of the current tutorials available
5. Select the tutorial you wish to view and then the Play button within the video and it will load the video
