Income statement and customers exact sales do not match....WHY?

When I pull a customer history report, that amount is higher than the income statement shows as "Income"  (Only using that customer on that income statement)

Not sure what to check or where to find the error....HELP!

    KWilson- Your issue maybe too complicated to address on the Sage BusinessWorks Forum. To review how transactions posted to the General Ledger, I would recommend running the Journal Report in GL, Reports. You can drill down on the specific date of the transaction to view how it posted in the system. This will show what accounts were posted. If you find your issue and are not sure how to correct it, then please call 800-447-5700 to speak with a support analyst for addition assistance on this issue.
